"First of all we are very grateful that Lee called about the special for service for our air conditioner from Brubaker Heating Cooling Plumbing. We told them to come check our AC. Well, we had some bad news from Dustin the technician. Not only were the parts badly worn, there was mold in the bottom. Dustin was very helpful, a very nice young man. He called the office and my husband talked to the supervisor and got all the information on 5-12 and on 5-18 our new AC was installed. Dave came out to our home at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Our heat had gone out and the company that we had called out previously was having difficulty diagnosing the problem. Dave spent the entire afternoon and evening. and found the solution to our heating issue. He took the time to go the parts supplier's warehouse about an hour away Friday evening and return to our home.and made the necessary repairs so that we could have heat that evening. He went above and beyond what he had to do to see that we had heat. We could not be happier with the service we received. We would highly recommend Brubaker Heating Cooling and Plumbing to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future for our heating and cooling needs.
We now have a warm and comfortable home.

Just wanted to let someone from BHCP know about my first experience with your company. On Tuesday 10/25/16, I arrived home from work, ready to relax in a nice hot shower, but no hot water!!
I remembered seeing your ad stating you work on Energy Kinetic heating systems so I called the Lebanon number and spoke to George and he called a tech to stop by.
I made that call around 6:30 pm and by 7:15, your tech, Ed, was at our home and by 8:00 we had hot water and heat! So, to your service department, Thank You for a job well done!Floyd & Barb Brandt Lebanon, PA
